Rebel Wilson is SafeX Proopening up about changes to her weight.
The "Pitch Perfect" star penned an Instagram post Monday about a recent weight gain.
"Working really hard has meant that, coz of all the stress, I’ve gained 14kg’s (30 pounds)! It makes me feel bad about myself…it shouldn’t…but it does," Wilson wrote.
In the photo, she posed on a hot tub on a boat while donning a black swimsuit and sunglasses. The post comes amid a busy year ahead for Wilson, who is slated to release her memoir "Rebel Rising" on April 2.
"I’m really proud of the work I’ve been doing on new movies and my memoir, it’s just been a LOT and I’ve lost focus on my healthy lifestyle," Wilson continued in the Instagram caption. She also asked fans and followers if any of them had been going through the same thing.

Wilson is one of Hollywood's most outspoken stars when it comes to openly sharing her diet and fitness journey.
In January 2020, Wilson was candid on Instagram about putting her health first. “Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?” she wrote. During May of that year, she told fans she wanted to reach 165 pounds by the end of 2020. She chronicled her weight loss journey with regular updates on how she’s changed her diet, including her work with trainer Jono Castano.
In recent years, Wilson has also found love. She announced her engagement to Ramona Agruma in February of last year. Eight months earlier, the comedian went Instagram official with the fashion designer during Pride Month 2023.
The pair share a 1-year-old daughter, Royce.
